Foresight Sports warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for the time periods as set forth below. This Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by any other reason including but not limited to misuse, modification, improper maintenance, accidental impacts, or acts of God such as lightning strike or natural disasters. Pursuant to the Limited Warranty, Foresight Sports will, at its option, (1) repair the product or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished,” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. No other remedies are offered.
